What will you do?

As an NDT Technician (Non-Destructive Testing), you’ll be part of a team responsible for quality and safety inspections in the industrial sector.

🛠️ During your first years, you'll primarily work in the field. You'll learn the tricks of the trade from experienced colleagues and gain practical experience in a variety of environments.

🔍 You’ll get hands-on experience with various inspection techniques, including:

  • Ultrasonic testing

  • Radiography

  • Penetrant and magnetic particle testing

  • Visual inspections

  • Advanced methods such as Phased Array and Eddy Current

📈 Step-by-step growth
With strong guidance and internal training, you’ll gradually develop your skills. Together with your team lead, you’ll explore which path suits you best:

  • project coordination,

  • technical specialization,

  • leadership,

  • or progressing to senior NDT technician.

Then we're looking for:

👨‍🔧 Experience in the sector?

Then we're looking for your expertise and independence.

Besides experience or eagerness to learn, there are some practical requirements:

✅ A2 diploma (or equivalent) in electronics, electromechanics, or a technical field

✅ Basic knowledge of Word and Excel

✅ Flexible working hours (weekends or shift work are also possible)

✅ Driver's license B

✅ Fluent communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

✅ No fear of heights, claustrophobia, or color blindness

✅ You know the difference between an Allen key and a Torx key 😉
