What will you do?

  • ESG Strategy Development: Assist clients in designing and implementing effective ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies that align with their business goals.

  • Gap Analysis: Conduct ESG gap analyses to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with industry standards.

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze ESG-related data, providing insights to drive sustainable business practices.

  • Carbon Footprint & LCA Calculations: Support carbon footprint calculations and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to help clients reduce their environmental impact.

  • Certifications: Assist with obtaining certifications in various sustainability standards, including ISO 14064, 14067, 14068, and others.

  • Green/Low-Carbon Hydrogen Certification: Help clients achieve certifications for green or low-carbon hydrogen projects.

  • Offsetting Projects: Provide support in certifying carbon offsetting initiatives to ensure compliance with sustainability goals.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor emerging ESG regulations and assess their impact on both our portfolio and our clients’ operations, providing strategic advice for compliance.

Who are you?

  • Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bio-engineering, Chemical Engineering, or (Polymer) Materials Engineering.

  • Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

  • Team Player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

  • Relevant Experience: Ideally, you have some experience in ESG analysis, sustainability reporting, or a similar support role, gained through an internship or an analyst position (a plus, but not required).

  • Analytical Mindset: You have excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accuracy in your work.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Dutch or French is highly valued.

  • Proactive Attitude: You are a self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently, while still seeking support and collaboration from your team when needed.

  • Positive & Solutions-Oriented: You approach challenges with a can-do attitude, always seeking solutions and contributing to a forward-thinking and supportive team environment.
